Hello, my name is Gad Tan and I'm an Interactive Designer and Animator working at The Ching Chong Group. I graduated from the College of Fine Arts with a Distinction Class Bachelor of Digital Media, and have been featured in several publications. Most notably, in MONUMENT magazine where where my body of work was shamelessly described as “the shape of things to come.” I have been priviledged enough during my experience in the industry to have worked with major global names such as AIA, Animax, AXN, Club21, Coca-Cola, EuroRCSG HP, Microsoft, NIKE, Sandisk, Singapore Airlines, SingTel, Standard Chartered Bank, TBWA and VISA. In addition, I have also applied my skills to bring out the digital presence of local household names Heatwave Shoes, Loy Kee Chicken Rice and Wykidd Song just to name a few. My skills include Graphic Design, Flash Animation, Actionscripting, Motion Graphics, Photography, XHTML, CSS and Accelerated Learning*. This website is now in its third version and I was dismissively told that designers could not code in AS3. In defiance, my entire site was hand-coded in AS3 with just vanilla Flash CS3 under 30 hours. If you would like to get in touch, I'd love to hear from you.
